What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out are fully flexible. Guests choose their own arrival and departure times—no fixed slots, no restrictions.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Absolutely not. The entire property is 100% smoke-free—no exceptions.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

How do I book a room or the Simcha Hall?

Book directly through the website by selecting your desired dates and times. All bookings are subject to host approval and confirmation. Check-in and check-out remain fully flexible.

What payment methods are accepted for the Simcha Hall deposit?

A cleaning fee is required, and a 50% deposit is due upon booking. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or check. Credit cards are not accepted for deposits.

How will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or PDF, including all details—dates, location, and terms. For room bookings, confirmation will also be sent via email.
What should I do if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance may be refunded based on how far in advance you cancel, per the terms of your agreement.

What amenities are included with my stay?
Room stays include:

Simcha Hall bookings include: 
  • Tables and chairs (as requested)
  • Access to a commercial kitchen for catering setup
